Board of Directors
After becoming a foster parent in 2013, Delia realized that foster children and their families could benefit from greater community support and access to resources. In 2020, she founded The Art of Love with the hope to share her passion for the arts with foster children and their families. As someone who has struggled with anxiety, she finds that her faith and the use of expressive art are an effective way to heal, manage stress and create joy. By giving children who need a little extra support an exposure to the many benefits of art, she hopes to provide them with opportunities they might not normally receive.
Delia's work is driven by compassion and the belief that we are given blessings, to bless others. She truly believes that while there are so many children, and families in need, there are also many people in the world who truly want to help.
Delia is an Arizona native, and an ASU graduate who has helped manage several small businesses alongside her family, and is currently a Guest Teacher. She enjoys hiking with her family, studying scripture, writing, and working on her home with her husband.
